Training for SPRM Senior Officers

SPRM (Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission) has taken a bold step to educate society on corruption by setting up their own 'Corruption Education Division'. The aim of this division is to reach the society who is in oblivion of the existence of the SPRM and ignorant on how to lodge a report of corruption practices. The division is also responsible to educate the society the functions of SPRM and its limitations.

The training was held at Malaysian Anti-Corruption Academy (MACA), Kuala Lumpur attended mostly by SPRM senior officers. I was given a task on how to develop a good training need analysis and training module development.
